HOW IT WORKS

As you step into your first C-suite role, switch careers, plan for your next round of investment funding or welcome your first managerial role, I will be by your side as your advisor, ensuring that you approach your next defining career moment with heightened confidence, clarity and achievement. Through my one - on - one coaching, we will dive deep into the key elements that shape your success. Together, over a 3, 6- or 9-month program, you will learn new strategies for tackling  these pivotal situations and new opportunities.

Methodology & Options
All three of these approaches are designed to meet specific objectives, however options two and three provide a greater return on investment due to a more in-depth and extensive consulting program. Longer term engagements provide more time for the client to implement and evaluate new strategies, role play pivotal situations and test skills for long-term sustainability with a trusted advisor by their side.

3-Month

Engagement

This is an immersive engagement that focuses on diagnosing opportunities for acceleration. It requires commitment, consistent follow through and accountability. During these three months, the client and I will work together on the phone and in person addressing specific coaching objectives identified prior to the engagement. During our sessions we will review work, discuss strategies, key outcomes, set milestone dates and measures of success. In between sessions, homework is required and must be completed prior to each session in order to achieve the best results. I will review all work prior to each session to ensure best coaching outcomes.  Limited email in between sessions is included. 

6-Month Engagement

This engagement is also immersive and requires the same level of commitment, consistency and accountability as option one and also allows us to go deeper.  This program provides more time to test, implement and gain insight on new strategies as well as guide the client through pivotal opportunities.  During these six months the client and I will work together on the phone and in person addressing the specific coaching objectives outlined prior to our first session. * During our sessions we will review work, discuss strategies, key outcomes, set milestone dates and measures of success. In between our calls, homework is required and must be completed prior to each session in order to achieve the best results. I will review all work prior to each session to ensure best coaching outcomes.  I will share custom tools for specific exercises. Client will have unlimited email and text communication in between sessions. Brief calls are also included if further discussion is needed on work to be completed. Longer term engagements provide more time to implement and evaluate new strategies, role play pivotal situations and test skills for long-term sustainability.  

9-Month Engagement

This program in my most extensive coaching option and requires a strong commitment. This program provides the client with support through the inevitable challenges that occur as they move through new situations and embrace growth opportunities. Working with me, the client has a trusted advisor to support and guide them through transitional and possibly game changing situations. Similar to the three- and six-month programs, the client and I will work together on the phone and in person addressing the specific coaching objectives outlined prior to the first session.* We will review work, discuss strategies, key outcomes, set milestone dates and measures of success. In between sessions, homework is required and must be completed prior to each session in order to achieve the best results. I will review all work prior to each session to ensure best coaching outcomes. I will share custom tools for specific exercises. Different from the three and six - month programs, client will have unlimited email and text communication not only in between sessions but for three months AFTER our engagement has ended. And three, 30- minute follow up calls - One per month for three months. Brief calls are also included in between sessions if client needs further discussion on work to be completed or something arises, or guidance on best way to address a particular situation.
