  • You’ll often find me on the course at Forest Creek or Ekwanok, where mindset and discipline show up, but I’m still working on the patience part.

  • Before executive coaching, I helped people show up with confidence visually, now I help them do it as leaders. 

  • My dream was to be a runway model, but when I never made it past 5’2”, I knew I had to choose a different career path. Yet, I still got to experience the runway by attending a couture show!

  • Health and energy are non-negotiables for me. High performance starts there and helps push me in other areas of my life.

  • “I was ready to quit.”

    She came to me exhausted and frustrated.

    She was the number one sales performer at her company, she respected, but her relationship with her boss had reached a breaking point.

    Instead of making a quick exit, we slowed things down. We looked at how her boss communicated. What he valued. Where the breakdown actually was.
