Hi, I’m Margaret
Executive Coach for Senior & C-Level Women Navigating What’s Next
The women I work with don’t hire me because they need help doing their job.
They hire me because the cost of getting this level wrong is too high.
I work with accomplished women stepping into bigger roles, VP, SVP, and C-level, where the expectations shift, the pressure increases, and the rules are no longer obvious.
This is the moment where even the most capable leaders can start to second-guess themselves.
Together, we create the space, perspective, and strategy you need to lead with clarity, confidence, and real influence, without carrying it all alone.
“No one prepares you for the shift from expert to organizational leader.”
This is where everything changes
At senior levels, success isn’t about working harder or knowing more.
It’s about how you think, how you show up, and how you lead through others.
Most of the women I work with are incredibly capable, but their operating system is outdated. The behaviors that made them successful earlier in their careers can quietly start to hold them back.
My role is to help you see that shift clearly, and navigate it with intention.
Not with more advice.
With a better perspective.
A Different Kind of Executive Coaching
A Different Kind of Executive Coaching
This is not traditional coaching. There are no rigid frameworks or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I work with you as a trusted thought partner, helping you think more strategically, navigate complexity, and make decisions with clarity when the stakes are high.
We focus on what’s actually happening in your world:
Real-time leadership challenges
High-stakes conversations
Organizational dynamics and pressure
The internal dialogue no one else hears
The stress of managing it all- work and home
Because that’s where real growth happens.
