How the program works
Three phases. Twelve weeks. Just you and me.
This is private 1:1 coaching. Which means every session is built entirely around your situation, your organization, and the specific people and dynamics you’re navigating. No generic frameworks. No advice that doesn’t fit. Just honest, strategic work tailored to you.
We meet every week for 60 minutes. Between sessions, you have homework. Real actions that move the needle in your actual workplace, not exercises in a workbook.
PHASE 1: WEEKS 1–4 Foundation
We name what’s actually been holding you back, map the stakeholders who need to see you differently, and build your personal visibility strategy.
