How Are You Managing Your Online Brand

How are you managing your online brand?  Do you have a focused plan or is your approach willy-nilly? As a small business owner, I sometimes find social media and maintaining my online brand overwhelming!  Can you relate?  


There are so many social media outlets, it can become confusing and stressful to engage on all or to figure out which ones are best suited for your career aspirations, industry or business.  My strategy is to keep things simple, consistent and interesting. I can’t be everything to everyone every minute of the day. I prefer to spend my time on the social media outlets that my target market enjoys most. The information I share either solves a problem, peaks their interest, adds value in some way or builds rapport. I make sure that my message is relevant and supports my brand and business. I also Google my name every few weeks to ensure that my online brand remains on brand. I recommend you do the same.
