Margaret believes everyone is the creator and author of his or her story.  As professional development consultant, personal branding activator and executive coach, she partners with business professionals on up-leveling their story, visual presence, and communication and presentation skills so they can live their purpose and achieve their desired career goals.
A nationally-recognized for her work in personal branding, professional image development and, verbal and non-verbal communication, Margaret inspires business professionals to show up more confidently, credibly and consistently. Most notably, Margaret works with individuals who are facing, or about to face, monumental career transitions—from promotions to career switches to impending mergers and acquisitions. She has more than 15 years of Fortune 500 management experience and has worked with mid- to high-level business executives and corporations such as Merrill Lynch, Staples, Inc. CareerBuilder, Bank of America, A. T. Kearney NY, Amgen and AAA Southern New England. 


Prior to launching her business over a decade ago, Margaret was an advertising and process improvement executive at Staples, Inc. During her tenure, she led high-performing teams that consistently delivered results. She often identified rising stars and coached them on their appearance, behavior and communication skills, in an effort to propel them forward in their careers. 


As professional speaker, presenter and corporate trainer, Margaret educates on the importance of valuing one’s self and re-imagining the possibility for success. She is an ever-learner, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University, certifications from the Association of Image Consultants International, the London Image Institute, the Institute of Image Communications in New York, and the Emily Post Institute in Vermont. She received her Reach Personal Brand Strategist Certification from Reach Communications Consulting. 

Margaret currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Women in Leadership Nexus, and as Board President for the non-profit organization, We Share Hope. She formerly served as Board President for the New England Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and as a Board Member for Dress for Success Rhode Island.
